Batch Export
Batch Export lets you process many source images into complete icon packages with the same theme preset. It is ideal for generating icons for a product suite, white-label apps, or seasonal campaigns.
Pro feature: Batch Export requires a Pro license or active in-app purchase.
How it works
- Open the Batch Export panel.
- Add source images by:
- Dragging files into the drop zone.
- Pasting images from the clipboard.
- Selecting files through the file picker.
- Choose a theme preset to apply to every image.
- Select the platforms to export.
- Click Export and choose a destination folder.
Zapicon creates one subfolder per source image, each containing the full platform set.

└── ...Tips for large batches
- Use images with similar aspect ratios for consistent results.
- Apply AI Upscale to low-resolution assets before batch export if needed.
- Use AI Background Removal on each image first if you want transparent or gradient backgrounds.
- Save a custom preset with your brand style so every batch uses the same look.
Limitations
- All images in a batch use the same theme preset and platform selection.
- If one image fails, Zapicon continues with the rest and reports the failure at the end.
- Very large source files may slow down processing; consider resizing before import.
Free alternative
Free users can export one image at a time through the standard export flow. To batch process, upgrade to Pro.
